SPAGHETTI!

Charlotte's Nursery

We moved the crib out of Lily's room and into Charlotte's nursery last week.  It finally feels complete!

And now some pics of my sweet girl:

SRC Halloween Celebration

Our neighborhood had an awesome Halloween Party last night.  We decorated our golf cart for the parade and Lily had lots of fun throwing candy to her neighbors as we went by.  The kids painted pumpkins and went on a hayride and then they had a Halloweenie Roast and Chili Cook-off for dinner.  We had a great time and it was the prefect way to kick-off our fun filled week of Halloween festivities!

Potty Training - UPDATE

*Disclaimer* :  may be a little TMI!!!

Lily is doing AWESOME!  I started to get a little worried when she seemed to regress a bit a few days into training, but she quickly got back on track.  She almost exclusively goes pee pee in the potty now, and the few accidents she does have are usually my fault for not staying on top of it.  Going #2 is a little more of a challenge, but she is getting better about it everyday.  I'm not really sure when I'll be ready to switch her from pull-ups to big girl panties, but the thought of her out of diapers really excites me!

SC State Fair

We spent Saturday morning at the South Carolina State Fair.  We got there early and took advantage of the short lines before it got too crowded.
Lily was totally fearless and rode every ride she was tall enough to get on.  She loved seeing all the animals and, of course, riding the elephant with her mommy!  One of the things I love and admire most about her is how she completely embraces any activity we throw at her.
Charlotte enjoyed the ride in her carrier and didn't even cry when I got powdered sugar all over her head while devouring my funnel cake!
Such a fun day!!!
